Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your order has been shipped, Castle Rock Wood Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The risk of loss passes to the shipping carrier upon delivery of your order to them. We highly encourage all of our customers to select priority mail to make sure items are received in a safe and timely matter.
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping company for further assistance.
- In the event of a lost package, you may be eligible to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you with this process by providing necessary documentation, but we cannot issue refunds or send replacement products for packages lost in transit.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our email to receive a return authorization. Make sure too include your name, address and your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after receiving proof of the damage or defect.
